A Charity Concert titled ‘PRAN UP Concert for Nepal’ was held in Dhaka on Thursday to support the victims of Nepal’s recent earthquake. The event was organized by Pran RFL, a premier food products company of Bangladesh.
According to the press release issued by Nepalese Embassy on Friday, the concert was held at the open air theatre of Kolabagan Field in Dhanmondi, Dhaka from 3 pm onwards until evening, and was attended by a significant number of people. Prominent Bangladeshi band troupes including LRB Souls, Feedback, Ark, Black, Shunno, and Pentagon, performed in the concert.
Speaking on the occasion, Nepalese Ambassador to Bangrladesh HK Shrestha, appreciated the efforts of the organizers in supporting the victims of the recent devastating earthquake in Nepal and expressed thanks for standing by the side of Nepal. He also hoped that such initiatives would further consolidate relations between the Nepal and Bangladesh.
