India can kill its enemies across the borders : Home Minister Rajnath Singh



Nepal Foreign Affairs (KATHMANDU, 21 January 2018) – Indian Home Minister Rajnath Singh on Sunday warned India’s neighbours that India can kill its enemies not only within its borders but also across.

He was referring to the Pakistan’s continuos and planned attack to the Indian security personnel across the border.

”We want to maintain good relations with our neighbour but they don’t stop doing mischief. We have given a strong message to the world that India can kill its enemies not only on this side, but on that side of the border as well” he said.Singh held Pakistan responsible for the poor bilateral relations.

Though Singh targets Pakistan but he has used the term ‘India’s neighbours’ that includes Nepal and other adjoined nations.

His comments came days after Indian troops carried out retaliatory action against Pakistani troops, in which seven of their soldiers were killed and four injured in Poonch.

Singh is Fromer BJP President and Former Chief Minister of Utter Pradesh and he represents in Indian Lokshaba from Lucknow. In 2015 he had said he was worried about the security of 1 crore Indians living in Nepal citing the Madhes movement. His statement had drawn controversies both in Nepal and India.
