Nepal Foreign Affairs (Kathmandu July 12) : Indian Ambassador to Nepal, Ranjit Rae, held a meeting with CPN-UML Chairman KP Sharma Oli at the party’s parliamentary office in Sindurbar on Sunday morning.
During the meeting, the Indian ambassador expressed the Indian government’s wishes a new constitution in Nepal at the soonest. The Indian ambassador enquired about the constitution-making progress with Chairman Oli.
On the occasion, Oli briefed that the constitution drafting has gained momentum and said “we expect wishes and goodwill from the Indian establishment for the same.”
“We discussed mainly on Nepal-India bilateral cooperation as well as the latest political developments in Nepal,” Chairman Oli told Nepal Foreign Affairs following the meeting.
