Prime Minister Oli Returns Home After Successful Renal Surgery



Nepal Foreign Affairs (KATHMANDU, 13 March 2020) – Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has been discharged a while ago from the Tribhuwan University Teaching Hospital (TUTH) after his successful renal transplant. PM Oli was admitted to the hospital on March 2 for his second renal transplant.

PM Oli’s kidney transplant was conducted on March 4. The TUTH has said that PM Oli was discharged after full restoration of health following the kidney transplant.

Currently, PM Oli’s health condition is normal, it is said. PM Oli had his first kidney transplant some 12 years ago in a hospital in India.
