Nepal Foreign Affairs (KATHMANDU, 30 November 2018) – Visiting State Counsellor of Myanmar Daw Aung San Suu Kyi had talks with President Bidya Devi Bhandari today morning at latter’s official residence in Sheetal Niwas.
The two leaders discussed the bilateral relations between Nepal and Myanmar, said the President’s Office. The meeting was attended by high ranking officials of the President Office and Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Suu Kyi is currently on an official visit of Nepal at the invitation of Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli in connection with participating in the Asia Pacific Summit as a special guest.
She arrived in Kathmandu on Thursday morning. The Summit will be held on Saturday.
