KATHMANDU, April 25 (Nepal Foreign Affairs)–Embassy of Pakistan in Kathmandu organized a candle light memorial on Monday at Dharahara in Kathmandu to commemorate, along with their Nepalese brethren the tragic losses inflicted in the April 25 earthquake last year.
The sober commemoration was participated by Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Women, Children and Social Welfare, CP Minali, Ambassador of Pakistan, Mazhar Javed, representatives of Nepal – Pakistan Friendship and Cultural Association, Nepalese civil society, Nepalese media and Pakistani community. The commemoration was also attended by a large number of children who had lost their parents in the tragic earthquake. One minute silence to pay tribute to the victims of 25 April 2015 earthquake was observed.
