Nepal Foreign Affairs (KATHMANDU, September 22) – France has welcomed the new constitution promulgated through constituent assembly.
Issuing a press release on Tuesday, spokesperson of the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Development has said the new constitution has completed the political process initiated in 2008.
