Kathmandu, April 7: Minister for Labour, Employment, and Social Security Dol Prasad Aryal has announced the government’s success in providing labor permits within an hour to workers opting for foreign employment.
During a press conference held on Sunday, Minister Aryal highlighted the ease with which individuals can now obtain their labor permits. By simply uploading the required documents and details through online technology during office hours, applicants can receive their permits directly on their mobile phones.
Minister Aryal commended the active efforts of the Foreign Employment Office Tahachal in realizing this plan, emphasizing the importance of ensuring swift access to labor permits for workers. He expressed appreciation for the honesty and complete support demonstrated by employees throughout this process.
However, Minister Aryal cautioned that delays in permit delivery may occur in cases involving pending documents, duplicity, or suspicious document submissions. To address this issue, the computer software has been upgraded as part of the new scheme.
