Nepal’s image will remain untarnished at UNGA: Prime Minister Oli

KATHMANDU – Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli assured the House of Representatives that he would uphold Nepal’s dignity and reputation during his participation in the 79th United Nations General Assembly (UNGA). Addressing the House, Oli emphasized that Nepal adheres to a firm policy of non-interference in other countries’ affairs and expects the same in return, in line with the UN Charter.

PM Oli stated that he would highlight Nepal’s constitution, democratic values, sovereignty, and commitment to national and international interests at the UNGA. He also mentioned plans to discuss Nepal’s efforts toward development, the challenges faced, and the need for global cooperation.

“Nepal seeks good relations with its neighbors based on mutual respect, not deceit. We believe in ‘amity with all, enmity with none,'” Oli said.
