Prime Minister reaches Viet Nam



(9 May 2019) – Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli arrived here today on a five-day official visit of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam. Prime Minister Oli was received at the Noi Bai International Airport by the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Viet Nam, Nguyen Quoc Dung and Nepali Ambassador to Thailand Khagaraj Adhikari.

PM Oli is leading the Nepali delegation on the official visit at the friendly invitation of the Prime Minister of Viet Nam Nguyen Xuan Phuc. He will then be visiting Cambodia from May 13. The Prime Minister is accompanied by his spouse Radhika Shakya.

Also present in the Nepali delegation are Minister for Foreign Affairs Pradeep Kumar Gyawali, Chief Advisor of the Prime Minister Bishnu Prasad Rimal, Foreign Affairs Advisor Dr Rajan Bhattarai, Members of Parliament, high-ranking government officials, private sector representatives, and media persons.
